A huge savings as you can well imagine. <<<- "HKT/NEC contract $350M" <- is this $350M to NEC>> No, I believe this is to Amati and would equate to roughly $437 per line for 8M lines. I don't know how many years this represents, but clearly out past 2000. Hope this helps. Night -- Pat
