The company has requested in its letter that Vimonta provide tracking and inventory control solutions with the use of a transponder chip that will allow the scanning of up to 200 RPC's at a time. The letter of intent results from a demonstration of the system software and single RPC scanning. The final demonstration with multi-scanning ability is scheduled within 7 weeks. Upon a successful demonstration, a contract to field test the units will be entered into. If the results are satisfactory, the company will begin to refit up to 40 million RPC's with our transponders.
