Hi Commander - My biggest holding is TMR, with some KCS and a little PLLL. I don't think the sell off is through yet...wait until August, we should see prices drift lower. Re: San Jose - The real estate industry has built far more office space that there are houses - they kept building when rental occupancy was over 98%, and commutes where very long.... Place is extensively overbuilt. I can't imagine a realistic sceanario where the buildings get used in the next 20 years. Unlike Texas in the 1980s Good side is that most companies will have VERY cheap rent....
