Pat - My notes about Motorola (Everyone please do not take as facts, just what I scribbled down) Motorola a $2M payment up-front (I'm guessing payable with the first delivery of the chips.) What was confusing was sometimes calendar years was qouted ie product releases, sometimes fiscal year was qouted ie. revenues and IMHO that was not discovered by anyone, including JS, until the breakout session. Sorry Gang :( Bad bad BellBoy -- No tips today :(

No mention of TI's licensing revenues at all.

More people were trying to understand Jim's interpretation of the news issued by the other companies and his perceptions of their announcements. He stated very plainly that in his opinion many of the companies, no matter what they said, would wind up licensing with Amati.

:)
