Another way to look at this DAK7,is that the price was under a buck when they started negotiating,this works out to about a $1.90 financing.I personally don't have a problem with this financing.Some people will say why not do it with TK?What you end up doing is using up the $5 million financing they have with TK.This enables them to still keep it in case they need quick cash.I think that Skidmore brings a lot of value added features to the table that we will see in the future.The thing that I didn't care for in todays release is that they didn't announce the details of the financing.
