To All,

IMO, ALYD Projected revenues is the main issue
that needs addressing. If Mr. Gruder's estimates
are too conservative (and I think they are), the
following response from an Alydaar representative
would IMHO help us and the company:

1) Provide a range for each controversial estimate.
2) If possible, provide a probability for reaching
parts of the range (ie 95% chance of reaching
$xx, 75% chance of reaching $yy, 50% chance ...)

Am Throwing this out as a template for us to discuss
what we want that would satisfy our needs with regard
to knowledge of future earnings.

Maybe trying to be too exact. Anyone care to
contribute? What do we want to hear from
Alydaar that we can expect them to provide?

PS: Sold my entire position of 1000 shares
last week @ 23 based on projected low revenues,
no news, lack of info on NASDAQ listing.
Bought back 200 shares today @ 24.
Slick move huh?
