Joel, They can build those fabs fairly quickly with all the equipment firms sitting on product that used to be backordered. -G- Actually, this turns out not to be new news. Lucky Goldstar has been saying for 9 months that they wanted, and Korea wanted, less reliance on memory chips. I've told them that they are getting into Digital Signal Processors just before the glut hits that segment. -G- This is the moving from segment to segment I mention as a reason why no chip product is safe once a glut hits the big segments.
