11:13 ET Sector Watch: Retailers : Not often do you hear retailers discussed as momentum stocks, but this group was the original momentum play of the '90s bull market. The fast money crowd is responsible for spike in Gymboree (GYMB 6.31 +1.38, +28%) shares this morning, and contributing to weakness in Hot Topic (HOTT 29.35 -4.91) and Claire's (CLE 17.90 -4.00)... One name to keep on the radar screen over the next few days is Tommy Hilfiger (TOM 14.43 +0.72). Issue pushing up on important resistance at the $15 level. Ability to clear this level would target stock for an upside breakout.

11:07 ET Nasdaq Composite : -- Technical -- Unable to sustain bounce after initial test of the recent range top (2232). A solid near term barrier at 2215 provides the next support of interest.

11:01 ET JDS Uniphase (JDSU) 21.76 -0.72 (-3.2%): -- Technical -- Currently working on its third losing session in a row after the recent failure to push past its early May high. Probing a minor floor at 21.7 but a more important support comes into play near 21 (50 day simple ma/chart barrier). Takes a rebound through 22.90 to neutralize the short term weaker bias.

10:53 ET Krispy Kreme (KKD) 72.20 +2.72 (+3.9%): Another day, another short-squeeze, another new 52-week high. Stock has advanced 77% since the beginning of the month.

10:50 ET RSA Security (RSAS) 31.40 -0.83: Hearing from sources at Thomas Weisel that the firm just downgraded RSAS to a MARKET PERFORM from a Buy; cites revenue recognition issues -- these issues hit the stock yesterday after they were noted in a CFRA report.
