Mr. Pink-- Some folks here seem to be sorta upset that you posted your reasons for shorting ACRT. I take a different point of view. If you have some concerns about a stock I own, well, I'd like to know about it. More information is good. Now, my fascination with ACRT is that I have a long position in a very similiar company... PSI (Amex). This one fell from ~$120 per share, split adjusted, to around $2. New management came in, improved the company's credibility (IMHO)... and I enterd at $3.75. These folks are involved in a business that resembles ACRT without the TADS. Note: PSI probably looked like a value at $40 to some folks, same as ACRT at $12. Regards, Paul
