Paul,

Your posts are always stimulating and thought provoking but seem to raise questions so here are some.

<<so, we have past management selling.. why would they keep their stock?>> Why does anyone keep stock...Profit. Why do they sell, need for the cash, to take profit, or no longer have the faith and confidence in a company or its management. Why do you suppose they sold?

<<so we have new lows in the price>>(current 52 week low) Surely you remember around May or June 1994, forgot the month but not the price .52. Later on, the drop from 8.00 to 1.00 and now at .56 from 4.00. I don't recall outside market conditions being responsible for any of these drops so who's responsible? Why, of course the executives and boards on whose watch they occured. Does this mean Keith and our present board (short handed?) are at fault? >>since boards run companies any way they like if they have control. they have the control..there are no contenders left<<. We will certainly know who to blame or thank and congratulate as the company moves to the future. We should not forget, with power comes responsibility.
Paul, some of the new investors might not know who sits on the board could you post their names and any background you might think appropriate. I would but can't find it at the moment. Are we still two short or have others been appointed?

More later .

Harold
