Hi John, the insider trading is bothersome (see below). Coupled with the lack of any analyst comments since earnings, and a couple of write-ups now regarding AGPH being fully valued, have me concerned on the shorter term. It occurred to me recently as I have watched analysts trip over themselves to re-iterate or change their ratings over the newswires on many companies earnings, that the analysts must feel that the stock has gotten ahead of itself.
Assuming the numbers from Vicker's are accurate, several insiders have recently sold 8% - 94% of their holdings. If these folks felt there would be much more upside in 30-60 days, why did they sell now? These sales appear to be very significant. I will look at a few of the SEC filings later and try to determine if they were options related. What are your feelings on this matter?
