The fuel for terrorism is petrodollars. Without mostly-US petrodollars the low-life-form suicide terrorists would be finding other employment. All we need to is cut 10% to cause revolutions in the Middle East, if that cut is directed at M.E. oil. The feudal warlords would be overthrown, without petrodollar payola to their lackeys. I'm sure you could cut 10% if that meant starving out terrorist warlords. I'm sure I could. The side benefit: the price of oil would drop the instant the American people demanded a reduction in consumption of M.E. oil.
