If Clinton had used covert CIA operation when he had the chance, bin Laden's Sept 11 attack would never have happened. Don't throw back the accusation that it's against the law. It's against the law to give false testimony under oath as well. First, ask yourself which side instigated the law that foolishly eliminated any chance for the USA to respond on a level playing field with lunatic terrorists.
