I haven't seen the offer lower than .42 US, but Canada indicates you could try to pick some up at 5/16 to 11/32 or about .33 US. .30 is away for now. BJ, fwiw, I wouldn't average down if I were in your shoes. Toronto's volume is ok at 100k+.
