MakeMoney...Have done all you suggest, prior to first post..except, Calling the company. I'll take you up on this, and report back what I hear. Let me give you a bit of balance. As for the industry and any legitimate companies positioning, the potential is quite significant, indeed. If anyone can explain the "shell" company thing and the missing SEC filings, I'd be happy. Let's not forget the 98 earnings picture also. By the way, I found the press release about the 97 earnings in the investor's section of their website. The news is not universally available from the conventional sources. This may be nothing. I'd also be interested in hearing from anyone who has used their facilities. Especially vendor related information. Here's hoping its the real thing...jw p.s. one should not invest on hope, however.
