Jim: B. Regan is a long time investor who has made a ton of $$ on this stock. He was a large investor before J. Lyon's tenure. This stock appears to be slightly undervalued, (IMHO) and you're right, Q2 will probably be bad but not as bad as Q1. Nothing will drastically change until their Automotive shipments kick in. Frank
