Alleged fraud is alleged fraud whether it has benefits to Digi shareholders or not. Just because ALA as a whole is adding value to Digi's shareholders does not mean that it was proper for ALA not to disclose its adverse financial situation. The TLAB/CIEN situation is a great example of two companies that have stand-up type managers that did not delay giving crucial information to shareholders. They put the truth out for shareholders to see and let the shareholders decide. ALA had effectively taken that right away from Digi shareholders by not disclosing information in a timely manner. Maybe this is an issue with foreign companies that have a different value system than their American counterparts.

Why am I following this situation if I have no financial interest in ALA or previously in Digi? Because. ALA just lost one more potential, future shareholder and I can now focus my time on other more legitimate companies. Good luck to you and others with your investment.
