Even though they lost the suit I thought that after the it was initially announced management said that losing the machine would only delay production and that newer more advanced machines were available and would be procured. Therefore, the new machine is not really news. Maybe they expected to lose all along and that is why they ordered one about six months ago so it would ready for the Sept.'97 installation you referenced. By the way I like my Quadrax hockey stick more the more I use it. If I can get a catalogue or see some in a store I might try the blades they are coming out with.
