"Jeb is campaigning and planning to cut back on drug rehab" I'm not surprised. A comment about that prescription. Not anyone can call a pharmacy and say fill this prescription. Here, a doctor must have some sort of ID number. I would think it would have to be case all over the country. Otherwise, anyone could call in and say, I am Dr. so and so, please fill this prescription. According to the report I read the pharmacist was suspicious when a quantity wasn't prescribed.
