When you get a Mexican style pertner who is there for the profits but not the work one wonder if Mongolia is making any progress. The usual communist style in negotiations is the infinte waffle. Waste time and eventually the white men go away leaving us winners bt default. I do not know how far this comparison goes, however since they(MAC) have no offers they should slink away and get diluted to their proper % as shown by investment. Bill
