Michael,
as we discussed in e-mail yesterday, STK is going up for a second day.
I wouldn't try to short this one until you see negativity in money
flows, which are still climbing today. It looks like there's still
room to climb---the news with IBM appears to be taken as more than hype.
But like I said yesterday, wouldn't you want IBM as your primary
distribution channel??? I'd call that enough to possibly raise earnings
estimates for fiscal 97 (probably won't affect 96). This may be the
type of boost a company like STK needs---in investors eyes, if IBM is
backing them and spending the time to be the primary distribution channel,
then the street may also start to believe in the company's earnings potential.
For a company that had a reverse split (1-10) in 1989, I'd say things
are looking brighter.

Thoughts?
