Wow it is! The buyer did push it into the 7+ territory! XICO just became the best returning stock in my portfolio. I don't know what came over me, as I decided to stick to it.

In the 8-6-99 Valueline expanded edition XICO is back as timely with a 2,5 - performance, Safety rating! It was no.5 in a list of 50 stocks with the best performance in the last 13 weeks @ 4 7/16 price and a return of 173.1 %. In the next edition, I am sure it is going to move to the top!
