thanks

I appreciate your help. However, I removed
Word and reinstalled and still get the error message. The word program opens and the I get the error message and it prohibits me from doing anything but to send or not send an error message.

I have XP originally installed. I did upgrade my mouse driver last night since I am using an older one, track ball, than came with computer. I deleted the driver and Word still does the same thing, it opens, perfect display and the I get the error message.

The only difference I notice is that the logos on some of my favorite bookmarks have reverted back to original site logos instead of the 'e' that Explorer always replaces the original logos with. I have no idea. Everything else works perfectly.
