Imagine the collaboration that the DOJ must have orchestrated in order to keep any damaging emails and correspondence between the DOJ, AOL, NSCP, SUNW and the rest of the tech Mafia from being found during discovery? There has to be a smoking gun somewhere...I wonder who has the missing bullet for MSFT's gun. There has to be an easy way for MSFT to tie together the loose ends in this circus. The DOJ just can't be smart enough to prevent something from getting through the cracks. Teflon
