Her response to the worst disaster in 100 years? Are you faulting her because she doesn't know the exact number of Nat. Guard soldiers to ask for like Harris, the wunderkind? What is the nature of the league that can handle a disaster of this magnitude and who's in it by your estimation? I am curious.
