Unfortunately, it takes more than a great machine to make a great company. I too bought a PII 266, one hell of a great machine! And super service at time of sale. I received my system in 48 hours! So, what's wrong with this company????? Last quarter, I saw the CEO on CNBC and nearly sold my MUEI then. Should have followed my gut. This company is just not managing their business properly. How the heck can a made-to-order PC maker suffer from inventory problems? Ever seen DELL's model. They don't own the inventory until they are ready to build the system. This company needs new management. I'm outa here to get some tax relief. Good luck to everyone else hanging in there; I truly hope you're right! Karl
