ITIG..I was a click away today from pulling the trigger at 14 3/4 but I am still holding IEE and ITDS so I decided to pass. I think that ITIG still 'owes' us some nice gains. If you notice there was heavy volume and the stochastics are way oversold. I think that ITIG is in a 'squat' position ready to take off.
