For BEARons to say that, I could take that one of two ways..

1) They are totally bearish in the past and if they are bullish then maybe even the bears are giving in and we may go alot higher

2) Contrarian view..Barrons is wrong and they will be wrong this summer as in the past..

My gut says scenario #1
