Russ: Your points are excellent. The irony of it all is that AOL will save $ by using the very O/S they say has ruined their life and the lives of NSCP and SUNW. If they don't develop their own OS (which they may or may not) they can always fall back on the very complaint they are using in court today - that it is impossible for them to compete against MSFT in the O/S dept. and the beat goes on.JFD
