The Fed standing by while Gold makes them look foolish is out of character for a group that prides themselves on manipulating markets. China and other large holders of the dollar may have decided the only way Benny(the bubble)boy will slow down the printing presses is to force his hand by taking control of the gold market from him and the PPT. Then again maybe they have decided like I have that the guy is insane and it is every investor and every nation for themselves. The great Benny experiment seems destined for total failure because every day more and more people and foreign governments lose faith in the dollar and Bennyboy himself. I have notice he seems to no longer point out that inflation expectations remain restrained, now he just says the Fed expects inflation to stay low.
