The crooked Red Cross used ONLY 154 million of the over $500 million they collected for 9-11 for actual 9-11 related use. The rest they put away in their general "fund." International Red Cross head Bernadine Healy resigned because she was attacked by other Red Cross officials when she insisted that the 9-11 donations be used for 9-11 related matters. The Red Cross is garbage. DO NOT donate to it. Donate to a local New Orleans charity that will use your money FOR THE PURPOSE YOU DONATED it for.
