I'll make it after the holidays, first had it in California to many years ago to remember, but it was so good.
Try this one:
Polish Kabash
1/2 package of spagetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 Pds polish kabash
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 red onion
1 tablespoon parsley, 1/4 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon majoram leaves, dash cayenne pepper,1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plum tomato sauce
In large skillet heat oil, brown sausage, add remaining ingredients,including plum tomato sauce, except cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat just until vegies are tender crisp. Toss together hot spagetti with sausage mixture, add cheese
I havent made this in awhile since my family does not eat meat, but I remember I use to love it.
