This conclusion is not supported by the rest of the post. Net PC's aren't to keep you from getting data out of your PC, they are to keep you from spending time and money mucking about with it, including hardware and software upgrades. You could make a stronger case that a super-floppy is even more necessary in a system without a hard disk.
