Although my wife does 99% of the cooking in our house, I recently bought an Instant Pot DUO60 that works as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice maker, yogurt maker, etc. My wife challenged "what are you gonna make with it", so I am expanding my capabilities somewhat. So far I set the delay timer last night and woke up to hot oatmeal this morning. Gonna make ribs with it tonight. Many fans and recipes available online, anybody here care to chime in?
