Fi, You are not buying the same restricted shares as Marc and Lord, theirs are at higher price and restricted for only 3 months. I'm sure you did not buy yours at .56 cents. A good question now for those who bought rule 144 back in January and February. You must have received the "restricted stocks certificate", but did anyone recieved their "option warrants certificate" as seen on the SB-2 report filed with SEC? Dai
