examining the insider selling should make you bullish and not bearish, because there is very little insider trading at these levels. try not to assume any insider trading means the stock will go lower, you need to take a look at total shares sold in reference to toal shares owned and how many were sold.

basing a whether a stock will go lower based on a small amount of insider selling, to me is not enough evidence for this conclusion. if we had massive insider selling i you can make this inference the stock will probably head lower.

but examing a chart.....
