"I think we may see some money shifting out of the big winners and into INTC, DELL, IBM, TYC (if the accounting irregularity issue clears up) and MSFT (if, and only if, the case settles), and would expect that to happen within the first quarter of the new year. As you may know, I've established a base in JDSU, NOK and TYC, all within the past two weeks.".....I tend to agree with you.
