David,

I'm not sure exactly what other details regarding the Banyan-MSFT were disclosed. I'm basically just bringing this deal to the attention of Novell people. Oh, BTW, doesn't NOVL look dangerously cheap relative to the other internet stocks? <G> I have a very interesting question regarding the total marketcap of internet-related stocks. I would love to know the answer, in terms of their percentage of the nasdaq and dow. For instance, just AOL, YHOO and AMZN already make up close to $150 billion in marketcap. Of course I'm picking the top tier, but if you add up all the rest it will probably come close to $500 billion or so as my rough estimate.

Regards,

QuadK
