The worst thing about that Obama clip was not even the fact that he doesn't know how many states there are in this country. It was his whiny "my staff wouldn't let me" explanation for the decision not to campaign in Hawaii and Alaska. Geez! The media has been bellyaching for years tht Bush won't admit any wrongdoing...yadda yadda yadda. But there is nary a word about the complete wimpiness of a guy who blames his nameless staff for campaign decisions. He could have at least used the royal "we" in his explanation so that he would appear to be taking some personal responsibility for the decision. Instead, as usual, he's just a victim. This is a guy who can't manage his way out of a paper bag. I'm sure the only real community "organizing" he did was to write grant applications. The job he is currently trying to land requires a slightly different skill set. <g> Certainly the citizenry would like to blame him for any decisions he might make as President. I, for one, don't want to hear "the dog ate my homework" stories for the next four years.
