No, these are SPOT prices. Most companies sell on contracts.
I have no access to contract pricing information.

Low SPOT prices means an excess of supply, since customers don't
want all their DRAM suppliers to go bankrupt (or at least their
favorites - but that is speculation on my part). Customers get
burned by bankrupcies when business turns on again - they can't
get parts when they need them.

However, there's no denying that these low SPOT prices will mean
tremendous pressures at negotiation times. This drop must be
currency related, but it also shows that difficult times are ahead
for all DRAM companies.
