The question you raise is a good one. Maybe they have four Pentium II chips in stock so they can deliver TWO dual Pentium II workstations! That's volume for you!

NetPower is an interesting company. It was a spin out of SGI - originally making servers based on MIPS processors with NT as the O/S. Last year they switched completely to Intel CPUS - Pentium Pro and now Pentium II.

UNIX isn't dead by a long shot - but the real growth is, as you stated, WIndows NT.

I keep meaning to buy more Microsoft stock - what a lock they have!
