My pleasure Keith,

You may or may not get the same effect from it that I did, but it definitely won't make you feel worse. Probably the one thing that always sticks in my mind is that so many of the stories dealt with problems so serious (ie. life and death), that it made you feel if these people could overcome their problems, that mine should be a snap. Anyway check it out and hopefully it will give you the same results.
