Dave, Re your reasons: "1)didn't catch onto the P advantage early, and "2)have relatively small accounts, the warrants looked like a way to grab more shares while delaying having to come up with .50/share." I would like to be able to say you took the "out of my mouth" but you said it much better than I was about to reply. I, too, looked at warrants as the ideal way to grab shares without the large initial outlay...and hold off on exercising them until I had increased my position by other means, especially with P. I am not "mad" but would be disappointed if the "rules" were changed now. I am sure there are many investors like myself who just don't have funds available as easily as I would like. I am new at all this as I have said before and I am learning and trying to be cautious. BUT, as much as I would like to help the "cause", I really have to do what is best for me. Just as the those who got in early are doing and espousing what is best for themselves AND the cause. Hope Gary and the others can understand my viewpoint as well. Bill
