Diagnostic Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDS) announced today that the
Company has released its additional in-vivo clinical image. The image released
consists of breast cancer revealed by their CT Laser Mammography system. This
image can be viewed on the Company's web site www.imds.com .

The latest case is a cancer histological classified as an invasive ductal
adenocarcinoma. Mammography reveals a 27mm high-density mass in the left breast.
The CTLM(TM) revealed an area of highly differentiated optical properties seen
in the left breast. The CTLM findings correspond with the Mammography findings.

Imaging Diagnostic Systems has developed the world's first patented laser- based
breast mammography system that utilizes state-of-the-art laser technology and
proprietary computed algorithms that create contiguous cross sectional slice
images of the breast without the use of breast compression.
