The knowledge to spray with credibility, reason, and fact. 2. The monetary balls to really back up their short 'position' With other threads I visit (IOM for example), we have shorters that proclaim imminent doom, but if you actually challenge their short position, they have no response - particularly when we have a strong run-up, as with IOM the past few days. And the lies switch from "they won't make earnings" to "I heard there's a bug with their technology" to "Oh, this run-up is on a rumor" (it could never be decent fundamentals or value) Good Luck with AAPL - they've got the right products and superior tech, they just need better marketing... -MrB (I have to use PCs and Macs for about equal time in my day to day application development - and this alone convinces me to never give up my Mac at home)
