Sure, they are only rumors. I am doubt if they are true. But if we can't get aid in areas 8 days after the hurricane, what assurances are there they will be able to do it any time soon? Given that FEMA apparently finds out about trouble spots from the newspapers, those people will have to wait until there are reporters on the spot.
