Oh come on. We don't know what he will do. Period. He has been all over the waterfront in nearly every topic.

Is it more likely that Obama will pick very liberal candidates for judge positions? Sure.

It does not follow that McCain, who strongly supports global warming and now supports immigration in the same way as Clinton and Obama will not become unpredictable in his judge selections. Further, there is no "Senatorial courtesy" on the democrat side of the Senate regarding presidential picks for SCOTUS.

Let's see who and how he chooses a VP. That may tell us something. Also, who he puts in the State job will be helpful.
