Please allow me to be your tourguide! Although Boston is not Paris, or even Islamabad for that matter, it is a nice city. And the educational system is first-rate. I don't think there is a better place in the U.S. for a college student than one of the Boston schools (I hesitate to say Harvard because I went to Boston College). The diversity of persons and experiences in this area is second to none.
I do hope that when you or your family visit, you will allow my wife and I to show you around. It would be our honor....and it would be wonderful to have you as a neighbor! Our nation and the world needs more honest, kind, and intelligent people like yourself.
RE getting upset over bad recommendations: DON'T!!! YOU ARE NOT IN THE LEAST BIT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER PERSON'S ACTION! Your recommendation is only one of what should be many considerations made by any investor prior to buying or selling securities. You don't have a crystal ball (I think) and are going to make mistakes. That's just part of being human.
From my personal perspective, I will diligently read all of your posts and may get investing ideas from what you have written. I do not, however, blindly buy or sell based upon your messages. I will analyze what you say, add my own interpretation, and more often than not will come to the same conclusion you have. The decision to invest, though, is completely my own. If the idea does not work out, I hold no one responsible other than myself. The only time I would ever be upset with you is if you stopped posting your ideas. Please do not!
You should realize by now that your recommendations are indeed "first class". There are many people across the globe who are profiting from your wisdom (and not just monetarily) and you should take pride in that.
