Dec. 03/97 P.R. Ground Geophysicals contracted for Timmins:

" As part of its exploration program on its 100% owned Carman Town-
ship property acquisition, 15 kms S.W. from the recent Cross Lake
discovery zone massive sulfide intersect of Zinc/Copper/Silver and
specialty metals groups (SMG), AG Armeno today announced it has contracted Geodatem Airbourne Consultants of Palgrave, Ontario.

Geodatem will complete the original analysis instigated by the Ontario
Government airbourne EM covering the Carman Township property and
originally released in 1988 through the Ontario Geological Survey.

To date, the company has been advised by Geodatem that the detailed
study has confirmed the presence of two strong airbourne EM conductors. One is 800 meters in length, while the other is approxiamtely 300 meters long. These targets of merit, along with additional positive EM pulse indicators, will be factored into an
augmented, exhaustive ground geophysical program, culminating in an anticipated diamond drilling program (Jan 23/98) early in the new year.

This favorably located concession, comprising 2600 hectares, is surrounded by properties owned or controlled by (immediate western flank) Outokumpu, Band Ore Resources, Canadian Golden Dragon, East West Resources, Maple Minerals, Golden Knight and Pacific Vangold."

Continuous developments, acquisitions and pending geophysical work are
due on a priority basis from: The companies Temagami concessions located 100 km N/SE of the Timmons discovery zone, the Carman Township
property, 15 kms SW of Cross Lakes intersect and further events that will unfold between now and mid-January.
