Metro AG is the Wal-Mart of Europe, and the world's second-largest retail conglomerate. Any large partnership with them would greatly help RSL's distribution efforts. Also, since int'l calls originating from Europe are very expensive(much more so than from U.S. to Europe), the average consumer in Europe has great incentives to respond to a strong Metro/RSL message for pre-paid RSL phone cards and other products.

Since it is difficult to build brand-recognition in this space, I think the stock's rise will be gradual rather than meteoric, but if RSL can nail down a high-profile internet search engine partnership perhaps that will bring them into the realm of known internet plays.
